Nkb Data Intelligence GmbH delivers specialized technical solutions, including enterprise data architecture, predictive modeling, data warehousing, BI dashboard engineering, and machine learning workflows. Specific project deliverables, timelines, and SLAs are defined within authorized Statements of Work.
2. Intellectual Property & Technical Deliverables
All proprietary algorithms, data models, ETL pipelines, and analytical dashboards developed by Nkb Data Intelligence GmbH remain the intellectual property of Nkb Data Intelligence GmbH until full settlement of contracted fees.
3. Third-Party Cloud & API Integrations
Clients recognize that data pipelines depend upon third-party cloud environments and APIs (e.g., AWS, Snowflake, Google Cloud). Nkb Data Intelligence GmbH is not responsible for service interruptions, API depreciation, or infrastructure changes enforced independently by external providers.
4. Limitation of Operational Liability
Data analytics and predictive models rely on historical enterprise data and dynamic market variables. While Nkb Data Intelligence GmbH applies industry-leading engineering standards, exact business outcomes, future forecasting accuracy, or ROI cannot be explicitly guaranteed.
5. Governing Law
These terms and all commercial engagements shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the applicable laws of Germany, specifically under the jurisdiction of Berlin where Nkb Data Intelligence GmbH is registered.
